Weekly Inspiration from Stillpoint Yoga London

You've received this email as you signed up for our weekly inspiration email View this email in your browser I hope you're well and having a relaxed Sunday morning. This weekend I'm teaching at Ashtanga Yoga Cambridge for my friend Rachel McCarthy. It's just the loveliest growing ashtanga community here in Cambridge, with Rachel running traditional self practice classes. As always I've met lovely new faces along with recognisable faces that it's always a pleasure to see again. Enjoy today's inspirations.   What I've been listening to: A brand new track came out this week which captured my attention. It's one of my favourites of the year so far (along with the remix). Floaty, ethereal and just a gorgeous piece of music Amae by Baile hits the perfect note this Sunday morning. You can also try this gorgeous remix by Sasha too. It has summer written all over it. So so good... What I've watched: Cee-Roo - City Sounds is just a fantastic and clever piece of filmmaking.  A beautifully original and creative idea on changing what we listen to in the city. What I've read: The Healing Practice Of Cultural Humility is a beautiful meditation on our cultural biases, how they impact our lives and how we can see and perhaps work through them. A very important read.   What I'm pondering:  Gnight. Free up that heart of yours Make room for new mistakes Newfound hurts Newfound wisdom There are life-changing moments just waiting for you to make a path, to move beyond your comfort zone, new moments, longing to share the stage with that heart of yours (see you monday) @Lin_Manuel Twitter As ever, let me know what you think of the inspirations and perhaps any suggestions/inspirations you have by connecting with me on Twitter . Anything that has moved me in some way.  I've read: This can be an online article, a book or an editorial piece in a paper that has touched me in some way Any other things: Whatever I've been pondering and feel you may be inspired by.  If you feel at any point you don't want to receive this message any more then just change your settings at the link at the bottom of this email.  Have a great and inspiring Sunday
