View this email in your browser Want to beat the winter blues? Does your holiday and the glorious hot summer seem a distant memory? Despite the last few sunny days, autumn is fast approaching. The mornings are darker and chillier and it's the time of year when motivation can be difficult.  We are indoors more and as a result our health and wellbeing can suffer. Finding time to move and energise your body is essential and our yoga practice becomes even more important. So why not invest in an Unlimited Pass?  It's is a great way to do more yoga and save money too.  For only £90 for the five week block you can come to as many classes as you wish. And with 14 classes running mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends it's easy to pop along to a class every day!   The next Unlimited Pass payment dates are from Monday 8th October until Sunday 11th November 2018. We are pleased to be able to offer convenient attendance & payment options for your classes. However, to ensure everything continues to run smoothly, please can you help us by: 1.  Paying promptly for your class - either beforehand or on arrival.  This avoids unnecessary time & work for everyone involved in verifying late payments.  2. There are fees with PayPal transactions, so if possible please pay by cash, cheque or direct bank transfer.  You can pick up a slip with the bank account details from your teacher.  Please remember to put your name and class as a reference on your bank transfer eg "S.Atkinson Mon 9.30"  We have received payments that just say "Yoga"!  The next payment block starts on Monday 8th October and runs for five weeks until Sunday November 11th. Please note the Friday 7 am class will finish at the end of this block on Friday 5th October.  We plan to restart this class in the New Year.   For more details on the Unlimited Deal, class times and prices please click the link below. A yoga workshop is different from a class; it is taught at a slower pace, offering opportunities for explanation and discussion which makes the idea of coping with a session longer than your normal class less daunting! The morning session of asanas will run from 11:00 - 1:30 pm followed by a short lunch break where refreshments will be provided.  Afterwards, there will be a quieter restorative session including pranayama (yoga breathing techniques).  The workshop finishes at 3:30 pm.   Debbie is a Senior Intermediate Level 3 teacher and has been teaching Iyengar yoga for over 20 years.  She teaches yoga at MDIIY and in Yorkshire and Lancashire.  Debbie teaches all levels from beginners to teachers, but particularly enjoys teaching beginners as they have so much enthusiasm.  She has been taught by BKS and Geeta Iyengar.  As well as the value of her own personal experiences with yoga, Debbie brings enormous enthusiasm and warmth and is an extremely popular teacher.   Nicky Wright Saturday 24th November 2018 Julie Brown Saturday 19th January 2019 Jayne Orton Saturday 9th February 2019 Marios Argiros Sunday 24th March 2019 John Aplin Saturday 6th April 2019 Click the link below for booking & more information.
